Jerri Lynn Ward, J.D.

Co-founder of Garlo Ward, P.C., Jerri Lynn Ward provides legal representation in the areas of business and commercial litigation, including complex healthcare and regulatory litigation, and health facility operational matters.  Her practice includes legal representation and counseling in health care and general civil and administrative law; including fraud and abuse compliance; working with health care facilities; individual providers; and community-based services in the areas of operations and management; government reimbursement; contracting; liability defense; abuse and neglect; employment issues and risk avoidance and management.  She also represents her clients in federal and state court matters and before government regulatory agencies and boards.

She is an affiliate attorney with The Rutherford Institute, assisting clients with violations of constitutional rights perpetrated by governmental entities.  During the Covid-19 lockdowns, she assisted families whose loved ones were in hospitals, trying to get treatment to those patients and challenging violations by hospitals of informed consent and failure to allow families access to the patient and information.
