HHSC seeks to hire a consultant to help develop a RFP to procure a new Texas Medicaid Information Management System and Fiscal Agent services for the Medicaid program. See the Texas Register for contact information.

Proposed Rules
The Texas Board of Nursing proposed to amend Chapter 225, §§225.1 – 225.6 and 225.8 – 225.11; and new §§225.12 – 225.15, which would renumber the chapter sections and add a new §225.15, RN Delegation to Unlicensed Personnel and Tasks not Requiring Delegation in Independent Living Environments for Clients with Stable and Predictable Conditions. The board proposed to repeal existing §§225.12 – 225.14, RN Delegation to Unlicensed Personnel and Tasks not Requiring Delegation in Independent Living Environments for Clients with Stable and Predictable Conditions.
