The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), seeks responses from eligible respondents to be considered for participation in an Employment Pilot Project in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). Eligible respondents are Home and Community-based Services (HCS), Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS), and Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with an Intellectual Disability or related conditions (ICF/IID) providers.

— Long term care facilities will no longer be able to submit MDS 2.0 nursing home or swing bed MDS records to CMS Quality Improvement Evaluation System, effective October 1, 2013.
