HB 658: Relating to interest on damages subject to Medicare subrogation.
HB 620: Relating to the regulation of certain health care provider network contract arrangements.
HB 624: Relating to the payment for services provided by certain types of health care practitioners under contracts between the practitioners and managed care health benefit plans.
HB 593: Relating to the expansion of eligibility for medical assistance to certain persons under the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
SB 257: Relating to notice of inaccurate payment or nonpayment of certain claims under certain health benefit plans.
SB 243: Relating to the personal needs allowance for certain Medicaid recipients who are residents of long-term care facilities.
