— MDS 3.0 Access to Federal Systems
Providers must now access CMSNet without the workaround that was posted on the QIES Technical Support Office (QTSO) website. The workaround has been removed from the QTSO website.
Some providers are reporting an issue with what QTSO refers to as “sticky pages.” They are getting “page cannot be displayed” errors after clicking on CASPER, QIES User Maintenance (QUMA) or MDS 3.0 Submissions. Work on this issue is ongoing; however, in many cases, refreshing the page (Ctrl+F5 or your Internet browser Refresh button) several times can successfully load the requested page.
— DS 3.0 Quality Measures version 6
— Local Authority Performance Contract
