Proposed Rules
HHSC proposed to amend §354.1001, Claim Information Requirements, and §354.1121, Definitions, which would require the claim to include the name and associated NPI of the performing, ordering, and supervising providers.
HHSC proposed to amend §363.502, Benefits and Limitations, in the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment eyeglass program for children. The proposed rule would add axis changes as a condition that will allow clients to receive vision services more frequently than the benefit limitations allow.

Adopted Rules
HHSC adopted amendments to §355.8065, Disproportionate Share Hospital (HSL) Reimbursement Methodology, among other things, to delete language pertaining to calculation of the hospital-specific limit and current rule language and administrative processes.
