DADS has issued several alerts since April 10. An excerpt:
— A CLASS Stakeholder Quarterly Webinar is scheduled for April 24, 2012, from 1-2:30 p.m. Register here.
— STAR program training in Wichita Falls has been rescheduled for April 25 for 1915 (c) Waiver Program providers. Please see the March 16 bulletin titled, “Training Schedule for Providers of DADS 1915(c) Waiver Programs concerning the STAR program in the Medicaid Rural Service Area” for the updated information.
— Region 2, 9, and 10 Nursing Facility provider meetings will be held in Abilene on May 8, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and in El Paso on July 11.
— A Region 7 HCSSA provider meeting will be held May 16, 2012 in Austin, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Winters Public Hearing Room at 701 W. 51st St., Austin. Register here.
— The DADS ICF/ID Provider and Surveyor Conference is scheduled for August 29 and 30, 2012, at the Commons Learning Center in Austin. DADS seeks input from providers, which you may give at the survey site until April 30.
