HB 2041: Relating to alternative methods of dispute resolution in certain disputes between the Department of Aging and Disability Services and an assisted living facility licensed by the department.
HB 2079: Relating to the administration by certain nurses and occupational therapists of treatments, medication, or therapy ordered by a health care practitioner.
HB 2098: Relating to the authority of physicians and physician assistants to form certain entities.
HB 2109: Relating to authorizing certain actions against an assisted living facility for the inappropriate placement of a resident and prohibiting retaliation against a facility.
HB 2154: Relating to certain continuing education requirements for agents who sell Medicare-related products and annuities.
HB 2245: Relating to physician incentive programs to reduce hospital emergency room use for non-emergent conditions by Medicaid recipients.
HB 2320: Relating to regulation of nurse aides.
HB 2426: Relating to certain rights and duties of nurses.
HB 2427: Relating to the rights and duties of hospital patients and certain health care providers; providing civil penalties.
HB 2430: Relating to the price charged by a health care provider for a health care service or supply; providing penalties.
HB 2438: Relating to interest on damages subject to Medicare subrogation.
SB 1022: Relating to the graduate medical training requirements for certain foreign medical school graduates applying for a license to practice medicine in this state.
SB 1038: Relating to certain continuing education requirements for agents who sell Medicare-related products and annuities.
SB 1181: Relating to the delivery of Medicaid services through a managed care model in certain counties and to certain recipient populations.
SB 1193: Relating to coordination of services provided by Medicaid managed care organizations and certain community centers.
SB 1211: Relating to payment of claims to pharmacies and pharmacists.
