HHSC intends to submit to CMS state plan amendment 07-044, which would modify the Texas State Plan for Medical Assistance under Title XIX of the Social Security Act, to extend the rate for Mental Health Targeted Case Management services in effect on September 30, 2009, through September 30, 2010.
