- Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Providers
DADS reminded and encouraged HCS and TxHmL providers to use the Client Abuse and Neglect Reporting System to conduct screenings of potential and current employees and contracted personnel. Download the letter for more information.
- Community Service Providers
DADS reminded Community Service Providers of the 12-month rule that requires providers to bill for services provided within 12 months from the end of the service delivery month, located at 40 Texas Administrative Code 49.41 (c) (10) (A) (B) (C). For more information, download the letter.
- Program for the All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Providers
When PACE participants request to voluntarily disenroll from a PACE facility, the facility must terminate the enrollment on the last day of the month that participants’ request to disenroll. Download the letter for more information.
