Public Notice
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) intends to submit a request to renew the Community Living and Support Services (CLASS) program, a Medicaid home and community-based services waiver program under the authority of Title XIX, Section 1915(c), of the Social Security Act. The current waiver will expire August 31, 2009, and the proposed effective date for the renewal is September 1, 2009. See the relevant section of the Texas Register for details.
Proposed Rules
HHSC proposes to amend §355.307, Reimbursement Setting Methodology, under Title 1 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Part 15, Chapter 355, Subchapter C. The rule would establish the reimbursement methodology for the Nursing Facility program, including Medicaid reimbursement rates for pediatric care facilities.
