The Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) has issued five information letters:
- Integrated Care Management (ICM) Cost Reporting
DADS informed ICM providers that all ICM long term services and support providers must provide the Health and Human Services Rate Analysis Department with cost information for ICM services. Download the letter for more information.
- Day Activity and Health Services (DAHS) and Primary Home Care (PHC) Providers in the ICM Program
In a letter to DAHS and PHC Providers in the ICM Service Areas, DADS clarified that the current DAHS and PHC services rules apply when these services are provided through the ICM Program. Download the letter for more information.
- Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Providers Rule Amendment Effective Dates and Related Implementation Information
DADS informed HCS Providers, TxHmL Providers, and Mental Retardation Authorities that the revised rules of the HCS and TxHmL Programs will go into effect on June 1, 2008. You may download the letter for more information.
- TMHP Remittance and Status (R&S) Report Information
DADS informed DADS Long Term Care Services and Supports Providers about the importance and usefulness of the TMHP R&S Report. Download the two-page letter here.
- Requirement to Register with Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC)
