The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) issued a correction to a public hearing notice on proposed Medicaid payment rates. The previous notice of a hearing on Stereotactic Radiosurgery procedure codes listed an incorrect effective date. The correct effective date is April 1, 2008. The hearing has been rescheduled from February 29, 2008, to March 18, 2008, at 1:30 p.m.
HHSC also announced an intent to submit an amendment to the Texas Home Living (TxHmL) waiver, a 1915(c) waiver to the Texas State Plan for Medical Assistance, under Title XIX of the Social Security Act. Please the relevant section of the Texas Register for more information about the hearing and the amendment.
HHSC will hold a public hearing on proposed Medicaid payment rates for various medical procedure codes. The hearing will take place on March 18, 2008, at 1:30 p.m., in the Lone Star Conference Room of the Health and Human Services Commission, Braker Center, Building H, located at 11209 Metric Blvd, Austin, Texas.
