Public Notices
HHSC intends to submit Transmittal Numbers 13-047 and 13-057 to the Texas State Plan for Medical Assistance, to include current information on agency names and organizational structure. HHSC will also submit to CMS a request to amend the TxHmL waiver program to update the performance measures for consistency across waivers and the process for HHSC’s administrative oversight of DADS, and other changes. Proposed Rules
- On DADS’ behalf
HHSC proposed to amend §19.2322, Medicaid Bed Allocation Requirements, and new §19.345, Small House and Household Facility Requirements, in Chapter 19, NF Requirements for Licensure and Medicaid Certification, which would create a small house bed allocation waiver. See the Texas Register for more information.
HHSC proposed to amend §61.103, Definitions; and §61.106, Relationship of Private Organizations to DADS and Employees of DADS, in Chapter 61, Volunteer and Community Engagement, which would delete references to the Volunteer Services State Council, Inc., because it no longer exists. The proposed amendments also change references to “state school or state center” to “state supported living center” to reflect current terminology. See the Texas Register for details.
Withdrawn Rule
The Texas Medical Board withdrew a proposed amendment to §161.3, published in the June 21, 2013, issue of the Texas Register (38 TexReg 3881).
