Dyan Blomberg, Law Clerk

Dyan Hernandez Blomberg is a law clerk at Garlo Ward, P.C., offering the firm’s clients her experience in health care and general corporate law. She advises health care providers and practitioners regarding fraud and abuse, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and contract drafting. She has in-depth experience in tax exemption and governance issues. Prior to law school, Dyan worked for over four years as an Accountant for the Texas Department of Transportation, where she audited and reported on financial activities for the 254 counties in Texas. In addition, she worked at the Internal Revenue Service, analyzing data for consistency with tax laws and regulations and providing taxpayers with information.

During law school, Dyan was a student writer for the Iowa Law Review. She also served as an intern for U.S. District Judge George P. Kazen in Texas.

Dyan is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Health Lawyers Association.
